Full 6-week program- one payment. This 6 week transformation program is designed to get you fit and healthy in a short amount of time. It integrates both gym workouts and home exercises. It is tailored to fitness needs at the beginner level. With this program, you can achieve visible and measurable results in 6 weeks. The first 2 weeks are identical training weeks. The program then progressively gets more challenging in the 3rd week.
You will perform multiple rep ranges, dropsets & supersets.
